A Guide to Preparing for Your Future Athletic Career 

For those who want to achieve higher athletic performance, it is necessary to train at the next level. Not only is this beneficial for preparing for the high level of physical exertion multiple sports expect, it gives you an idea of what you'll be experiencing at the next level if you choose to do so. 

Why strength train?

Strength training is a form of conditioning, just like running or HIIT workouts. However, it focuses more on muscle growth and stamina, compared to other types of training. A good mix of cardio, strength training, and HIIT is found in multiple college training plans, which is in turn represented by high quality athletes that succeed at their sports.
